IBC DC 33-160 gas fired boiler for heat hot water

We have a new boiler that was installed by a licensed professional but the system is unreliable. We have had several service calls for it since the install 3 years ago. It has run too hot and shut itself down during cold snaps one winter. We get the same error message at least once or twice a year saying sensor fault s1. I have to restart the system and it eventually clears. They have been out several times and once they had to replace the sensor but it still happens. Any suggestions?

Somebody needs to contact tech support at IBC. They would prefer it be a service person in front of the boiler. And an ideal time would be when the boiler has thrown an error message.0

Curious as to the piping and as to the system it runs.
Baseboard set up? What temps does it run at ? Does it have the outdoor sensor wired in to it?
Can you give us more details?
Have to checked the IBC website to get a tech out recommended by IBC?
They in my experience have been pretty reliable.
