I had my Lennox high efficiency furnace checked out, and they found three problems. I think they sound expensive and I am not sure if they are needed, I don't do things the cheap way, but I don't like to waste money.
Cleaning of burner assembly, dismantle, and reconstruct: $.
Dismantle of current condensate setup, install condensate neutralizer, etc.: $.
Blower Wheel Cleaning: $.
Does this sound legit?
Thanks.

Is the neutralizer even needed? I have never heard of that before. I have high efficiency Tranes in rental buildings and it was never mentioned. I guess the blower wheel gets dirty over time.0

Are neutralizers needed, depends on your local authority having Jurisdiction.
If the wheels dirty the filter system is not doing its job. Also that means the evaporator coil is dirty!
