I was looking for specs for 3/8" FPT Fusible Inline Valve for oil burner and found them.. posting as FYI -

SILVER 100F installed
GOLD 150 installed

    I always thought 165 was the standard temp. Never new they made 200 deg hand wheels

    the temps you are referring to before install on oil line next to the burner..... install has silver fuse at 100 F and gold at 150F.... I hope I am correct on that.. thanks!
