    Welcome. I think you will find that this is an unusually civilised forum, as such things go. We do have a few rules -- they're posted in the header. They're simple enough -- and they keep the place as pleasant as it is!

    And permit me to ask: is that Oakville, CT, and are you a contractor? We could use a few more good folks in that part of Connecticut.
