Does anyone else have a problem getting through to Lochinvar tech support

Have a few KBN399 hooked up in a cascade system. Had to change the main control board because of a power issue. (Was nothing wrong with it) It seams like the leader can't find the rest of the boilers . Any ideas any help would be appreciated .

It's been a couple years so my memory is a bit fuzzy. The process is pretty well laid out in the manual. One boiler is the lead and the others follow. You can also set a boiler as backup lead in case the main lead goes down.
    What issue are you having?

Lead boiler needs to be tagged “0” and the next boiler “1” if I recall. Make sure to use twisted, shielded wire.
