I'm redoing a bathroom and I threw out the old enclosure as it was rusted. The aluminum fins are extra wide and the copper pipe comes back around as the return to the boiler. Any idea where I can find an extra wide baseboard heating enclosure? Home Depot doesn't have any. Made that mistake already.

What is "Wide", more than 3"?
try this:
https://www.amazon.com/Slant-Fin-Revital-Baseboard-Replacement/dp/B07D2LTF3F?ref_=fsclp_pl_dp_14Edward Young Retired
After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

I think you mean "extra deep".Bob Boan
You can choose to do what you want, but you cannot choose the consequences.

Check out Slantfin Revitaline. It's 2-15/16" deep. I put a 5' section in my kitchen. It took about fifteen minutes to strip the old cover and replace with the Revitaline.0
