Need help with replacement boiler

in Strictly Steam
The radiators are taking a while to heat up and I have steam coming back on the wet return is this normal

    There should never, ever be steam in a wet return. Period. That's below the nominal water line of the boiler.

    Looks like you have a mess on your hands. Many things wrong. I'll name a few, but you REALLY need someone who knows steam. No Knuckleheads as Dan would say.
    *Pipes not insulated.
    *Piping needs to be pitched back to boiler...correctly.
    *Hartford loop needs height below water line checked and MUST have a close nipple into tee.
    *Pressure relief valve discharge MUST NOT be piped with ferrous (steel/iron fittings) and terminate 6" or less to floor or to a suitable drain.
    *Is boiler sized to the radiation?
    *Is the pigtail clear for the pressuretrol to operate correctly?
    * Use a 5 pound gauge to set pressuretrol to 1 1/2 pounds maximum.
    * Fix chimney connections. Check entire chimney for loose bricks and/or tile liner. May need a chimney expert.
    * There is more, but start with this.
    * Get a real steam piping/boiler expert. Have him point out these and other deficiencies AND a plan of action with an estimate.
    * Do not do this yourself.

    Is that pipe in your 4th picture...open? On the top and bottom?

    Lot of open pipes in the pictures. Most of the photos are of an incomplete installation.
