weil mcclain 97+ hot water boiler - low water cut off open

my hot water boiler is not working, showing above error message
can some one help ASAP please

    First thing I would do is check to make sure that the boiler has enough water in it. What does the pressure gauge read? Sometimes this problem can be the result of a dirty low water cutoff probe.

    how do i check water level ? sorry for my ignorance but this is first time i am having issue with WM97+

    pressure gage is about 10 psi now
    appears to me dropped from about 16-18 psi before ( luckily i have one picture to compare )

    yes but you can see asking to check water level - not sure how to do this ?

    If it has been some time since it was serviced, now would be a good time to have a complete service/cleaning done to it.
