Loud Hissing / radiator hot when closed

Hello , I am being woken up to radiator hissing and whistling really loud ! The radiator is closed and it also still gets hot . It’s waking me up early in the morning from the noise . What can I do to stop this loud noise !

Is there a single pipe connected to this radiator?

Sounds like your shutoff valve isn't working.
