connecting Zone Valve to Room Stat

Hi all, attached you can see my piping diagram for UFH + Radiators + Combi Boiler
I have 2 Zones:
Zone 1- underfloor heating with 6 circuits (all circuits are in one zone), single big room controlled with Heatmiser Touch Carbon Thermostat.
Zone 2- radiators controlled with Heatmiser DS1 V2 thermostat.
I also use Heatmiser UH4 wiring center.

I am not planning to use actuators on the manifold circuits. my question is:
based on my piping diagram, how should I connect zone valve to the wiring center so they can be controlled by relevant Thermostats? should i connect them to actuator connectors?! any recommendation to zone valve types?

I would wire it just like the manual. https://www.underfloorheating.co.uk/Files/127465/UH4.pdf
It looks like if you make your radiant zone 4 it will control the circulator.
For the valves, to want to get a product that is available locally as it they will eventually need to be replaced.

I don't like the system your planing .You have two circulators in series for the radiant and the the radiators are dogging for a pressure drop off the system circulator . First thing you should be piping primary secondary . .How many radiators (BTU's) and how are you piping them ? The radiant , do your self a favor and Look up reverse return .
I have enough experience to know , that I dont know it all

Water will travel from high pressure to low pressure. Water will also take the path of least resistance. With both zone valves open, the radiant pump will make the pressure drop across the radiant system the path of least resistance. (Not enough heat in the higher temperature zone.) With the radiant heat valve closed will there be enough flow through the boiler using just the Boiler Circulator? the ABV will bypass leaving little flow to the high-temperature zone.

Read the boiler manual recommended piping for multi-zone. There will be more pumps than you have in your diagram. The best pump location would be where the zone valves are located on your diagram. Make sure you add flo-check valves. Page 24 of this text by Bell & Gossett will give you some insight. http://media.blueridgecompany.com/documents/ZoningMadeEasy.pdf
