one pipe steam - pipe sizing

We're repiping my system, and now it is time for me to remember how to calculate the pipe sizes. I remember in one of Dan's books, there was a chapter about it, as well as an analogy about cars. Am I remembering correctly? Can someone point me to the book? I think it was either The Lost Art of Steam Heating Revisited or We Got Steam Heat. I have lost both books to lending them out, so I'm just going to buy the e-books so I'll always have them. Which one has that chapter?

Thanks in advance,

In the spiral bound Lost Art the details of single pipe steam pipe sizing starts at page 83 and goes on for about 20 pages.

So I found the section (thanks, guys), but it doesn't say anything about sizing the one-pipe vertical risers from the mains. What size should those be?

Whoops, I just found it. Harder to read these things on an iPhone!
