Radiant/ boiler question

in Radiant Heating
I'm installing a Vitodens 200. Going with a mix of radiant in floor and staple up. Have done heat loss, ect. My question is , with the Vitodens circulators running all the time, am I gaining anything by putting each of my 2 floors on a zone or should I run it all on 1 zone? Am I gaining much with the setback feature between the 2 zones to justify the second pump?

    Separate zoning is a good idea when:

    - Floor coverings are different.
    - Usage is different (sleeping areas vs. day use areas).
    - Exposure is different (morning vs. afternoon solar gain).
    - Heat source is different (radiators vs. staple-up vs. high mass).
    8.33 lbs./gal. x 60 min./hr. x 20°ΔT = 10,000 BTU's/hour

    Two btu per sq ft for degree difference for a slab
