Oxygen barrier tubing when no ferrous material in system All components stainless or brass

in Radiant Heating
if you install a radiant system and have a high efficient Stainless boiler, with Stainless circulator, is there any need to install oxygen barrier tubing ?

    No. But, someday in the future, you may want to have option of cast iron....

    What you described is the work around when the wrong tubing is installed. It works fairly well.
    The correct tubing is not very expensive and is really the way to go. Your water chemistry will be more stable and you won't need to worry about the little parts which may be prone to corrosion.

    Expansion tank and any connections also need to be non-ferrous, of course. I think it would need to be a large tube job before the $$ worked out over barrier pex, Pert, etc?

    Better Read you boiler warranty. Most Read that O2 barrier Tubing is required or you need a heat exchanger. Even some that have a Stainless Steel heat exchanger. Just a thought.
