    Hi John,

    As far as I understood, at least in 2017 the Amana 2 stage and Goodman 2 stage had the same warranties.

    My 2017 Amana ASXC16 had a 100 year compressor replacement and 10 year unit replacement.

    Maybe they changed it for 2019?

    ChrisJ, thanks for the correction. The Goodman has a lifetime warranty, 10 year unit replacement. I don't have that. Amana has a lifetime unit replacement warranty if the comp fails so they are longer.

    pecmsg, features, warranty & compressor usage is the same regardless of what's done after it is taken out of the box. That's all I'm comparing.
