Proper wiring of MC-80 Hydronic System

I have an HTP MC-80 which has supplied my house heat/hot water for 9 years.
My plumber was over and recommended that I wire it properly...
I have no idea what would go where.
It's been set to just make 170 degrees it's whole life.
Has a passive hot water tank with a probe (probe wire is not attached to anything). The main pump is always circulating the 170 thru the passive water tank (loop I guess?). This pump is wired into the CH P1. It turns off only when the boiler power is turned off completely.
There is a thermostat in my basement that is not wired to anything. The basement is radiant heat and has a mixing valve set to 20 degrees and it's own pump that is on continuously.
Pics of what I have going on...

You need someone who does know what goes where. Maintaining temp like that is incredibly wasteful. Where are you located?

I looks like it was piped incorrectly then they could get the controls to work so they jumped it out.
Can you post closer pictures or a sketch of the piping?
What type of heat does the garage have?

I’ll get some closer pics today. The garage is heated by a radiant fan with a thermostat set up. I’ll take a pic of that as well.

Here's a diagram of the system. As well as what I hope are better pics.

    Any help is certainly appreciated.
