Anyone know of a brand steel / aluminum wall radiator panels that can be used to replace cast iron steam radiators?

I would think that without the thermal mass of cast iron they would not provide comfortable heat, especially at 1CPH.
They might be ok for hot water heating, but not for steam..—NBC

Look at steamradiators.com. However, NBC's comment would still apply.

Depends on the building? If heat loss is low enough thermal mass of room may suffice? Especially if panels are located so that heat is mostly radiant versus convection.
