Standing pilot furnace

The pilot is lit and strong thermocouple is a nice even red but the gas isnt kicking on for the burner to light. Any ideas?

Plenty of ideas.
Thermostat, relay, spill switch, rollout switch, gas valve, broken wire or poor connection, poor inlet gas pressure. To name a few.
If you have an electrical meter, post some pics of the furnace and wiring diagram, we might be able to help. If it's a pressure problem, a manometer will be needed.
If you dont have a meter and are not handy you'll need to call a pro.
