Header fail

Only used one outlet. Reduced size of outlet. Header piped wrong. Been here for a long time though.

Has also been leaking for over a year now.
Never stop learning.

    What size LGB is that? I think they all have 6" steam tappings but you can reduce them on the smallest sizes.

    And of course they were too cheap to remove the old oil tanks.....

    Seen worse. Has a header probably too small, has a way for water to get out of the header and 2 take-offs.

    Not right but may work

    @EBEBRATT-Ed It hammers. Leak at water line. Mid cycle there was hellacious hammer in the wet returns. Hope I get a chance to comb over the system.
