Hoffman 2a vacuum vent

Anyone have any or a source for the Hoffman 2a vacuum vents? I am a few short of attempting to run a trial on my system. Any help would be appreciated.

    Did you ever find any of there. Would really love to get ahold of maybe 7 or 8 of these that are working. Apparently they last forever. I have one that 115 years old. Still works. Just reinstalled it on a little radiator in the entryway.
