We have a Utica Boiler MGB 100J, that is only a few years old. We are having record cold, and we woke in the middle of the night to find the furnace and the hot water baseboards cold. When we initially looked at it, it had an error code 62, after cycling it, by turning off the power and turning it back on, the error code 10 is showing. When you cycle it, it appears to go through the usual cycle, the pilot lights, but the burner does not. We are on a Natural Gas line from the local utility. When we had a similar issue last winter, we discovered the gas had accidentally been bumped and turned off, but this is not the case this time. Even though the thermostat is direct wired, we replaced the batteries just in case.

Dirty or inadequate pilot, poor connection of pilot wire or system ground, inadequate gas pressure, insufficient draft or combustion air.
    What's this boiler vented into?
