Tricky Bathroom remodel

Hello all, I’m currently started a bathroom remodeled and my shower will be moved to the place of the current toilet on the same wall that has the baseboard heat. I’m on a slab so I cannot go under. I have read two ways of relocating the heat pipe. Through the exterior studs or leave it on the corner of the floor and build the shower around it. I don’t really like the second idea. I suppose if I got a fiberglass shower bed I could cut a kotch out for the pipe and it would never be seen. Please lmk what you think is the best way to go about it.
(The baseboard will be moved to the other wall but I need the pipe to continue through for the rest of the house)
