I have a 20 yr.old boiler, cast iron. I want to update. I removed all my baseboard, finally. I bave 4 radiant zones and an indirect fired h2ohtr. I want to keep it simple as possible and efficient. I'm using mixing valves on the radiant now, and works great.

You would be a candidate for a high efficiency condensing boiler. What type of mixing valves do you have? More details would help."If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough"
