Take a look at the pictures please 67 is barely getting water from the return when Vxt is feeding

    Whatever your issue, that Hartford loop isn’t it. It’s not too high , but if it was, it would be a Gifford Loop.

    That's not a correct Hartford loop. The Hartford loop should come up from that copper return that is on the floor (it should be a couple inches below the boiler water line) and that pipe that drops down from the Equalizer should continue into the boiler.

    Yep, another backwards Hartford Loop. Here in the Windy City virtually every contractor installs the Hartford Loop too low. I may find 1 in 50 at the right height or above.
