Aermec experiences

Does anyone have any insight or experience with Aermec air-to-water units yet? I got a call today... "I have the equipment only, can you come install everything properly for me". I started with the search bar but it seems like the results are many years old and do really offer any reviews or insight at all.

Run away. They never mean "install it properly", they mean "install it cheaper than the other guy who was going to charge me too much because hes a crook and I know its not that hard to do."

Well the previous installer did staple up and bubble foil "stuff" staple up is actually tubes j-clipped to the floor joists. Aermec asked the owner for system details when trying to source equipment and he asked the tubing installer. He said "We don't need those"... Aermec asked for pictures and description of the system and they said our system won't preform to ours or your satisfaction. I was requested to go in and make it write. That's all kind of the short hand version but it pants a picture of what's going on. Money is obviously a concern to most but it doesn't seem to be penny pinching or anything, mainly wants an "as advertised" system at the end of the day.... that's my impression thus far.
