Mixed-emotions on downsizing

will be leaving/selling current home which has Richardson System fueled by gas and purring like a cat. Haven't had to add or flush waterpast 2 seasons as it's in vacuum and set at 3cph on t-stat. Water is extremely clear. Moving to small cape cod with single parallel pipe set-up, oil fuel.

RIchardson gas and 3cph/vacuum to single pipe and oil. Ouch.

Going to fiddle around with vacuum in that one pipe?

Well, I don't have expertise to do it, so make best of it. Gas may be in future. The only positive is it's small house, less than 1/2 the radiation.
