I have a Burnham boiler Model # PV8 5 ST HBUR.
Does anyone out there know what is the proper nozzle for use with that model?
Thanks.
George

Thank you for getting back to me.

Other than by giving you the model number, I'm not sure how to tell what burner it is on.

    How would I find out?

    Thanks,

The installation manual will tell you but it doesn't sound like you should be attempting to replace this yourself. You need to be trained to service our equipment or you can burn your house down and cause serious injury or death.

Post a picture of the burner.
As @GBart alluded, there's a lot more to safely running your burner than just changing the nozzle. The first one being that you also need to know the fuel pump pressure.

And, after doing any work on a burner it must be tested with a digital combustion analyzer. This is a safety issue.

If your present service company is not testing the burner, they do not deserve your business.

Thanks one and all. I was never considering replacing it myself. But I think it's all been straightened out.
