Can you get a 40,000 btu hot air furnace? I need a plan to replace my current unit which is now to big due to weather sealing and insulation.

You'd have to research but some furnace manufacturers offer a 2 stage Carlin burner that you might only ever need low fire.
Also look into a good steam humidifier.0 -
I can not find anything even the 2 stage burners are to large.0

gas..low fire may get you what you need...and or a boiler with an air handler...

Try calling Carlin Combustion. I can't seem to find my info on the 2 stage EZ and can't remember which furnaces it is offered in.0 -
