Whats the best pump to use to remove all the water from the boiler since I dont have any valves below the low water cuttoff. I also want to pump out any crud on the bottom.

Any simple cheap water pump would do, or one you hook to a cordless drill. You must have a boiler drain or tapping, or a way to tap into the return piping (if you have a hartford loop).
If not, where/how do you intend to hook up a pump. There was an error rendering this rich post.

For small quantities why not a cheap inefficient eductor?0

How are you going to get a water eductor to the bottom of a boiler HX? There is got to be a drain plug somewhere in the bottom of the HX whether there is a valve there or not. Be careful about removing a plug. They get welded in over time.
The return pipe is usually at the bottom of the HX. I would put a drain valve there as that eliminates dealing with the HX and creating damage to it.0
