basement radiator in a gravity hot water system

I there anyway to to have a functioning radiator in a purely gravity how water system without adding circulators?

Yes. Take the return line from a radiator that's higher (preferably 2nd floor) and run it into the top of the basement rad, and out through the bottom on the opposite side. Then along the floor back to the boiler.
If there's an orrifice plate in the 2nd floor rad, remove it.Bob Boan
