Boiler Water after 3 Full Seasons

Here we start season number 4 ! Took a sample of the water to check the Ph. Running at 10.5 thats a little more then I want to keep it at. Thanks to Steamaster Tablets and all the great information on this site.

    That's my goal, ... the look of watered down grape Gatorade. Right now, ...old orange juice with a film of burnt Crisco on top. After the break in period and wash out - 'Master time. Lol. Nice.

    Just curious Gene, ...how many tabs to how many gallons ?

    Bob, I place one tablet in the boiler once a year after a thorough cleaning. The boiler total capacity is 7.9 gallons, so maybe there is 5 gallons in there.

    Thx Gene, tomorrow is skim day, outdoor temps should be in the 50's, That'll give plenty of time to do a nice long trickle without the need for a heat call from the thermostat.
