I can't seem to get my boiler off of standby. This Spring there was a power outage and sort of a brown out and since then when I put up the thermostat the circulating pumps go on but it doesn't fire up.

    What is the temp outside?
    Some modcons will block heat calls if the outdoor sensor is above a certain temp set in the parameters
