Dragon and Arnaldo have worked on this project for over a year. It is a total gut reno and addition in Potomac MD.
44 tons of geo, (2) Viessmann Vitodens, (2) 120 gal indirects, (2) 120 gal de- superheater tanks, pool heat, and radiant. Also a guest house and pool house.
Brian helped with the geo and boiler piping.

1 leak and I would be spitting nails over what I would take to the scrap pile!!

Nice work as always excepted ,Your companies abbreviation should be D.F.D.F.W .Anyone who s seen some of your work already knows Dan Foley Does Fine Work .It would make a great bumper sticker . I,m just wondering are all the geo compressor /condensers indoors ? And was there any required ventilation system due to the total amount of refrigerant contained in so many sq ft .Just wondering i know in some app it,s required ,i know the few much smaller systems i have seen in person had no such provisions .Just curious great work peace and good luck clammyR.A. Ed, 4" pro press fittings are expensive but it goes together quickly.
Clammy, the equipment is inside the house, located in three basement mechanical rooms. The 44-tons are spread over multiple units, none over 5-tons. The R-410A refrigerant is non-toxic/non-flammable.
Chris, we do not fabricate sheet metal. We order custom fittings from two local sheet metal shops.0 -
