    Score! Did'ja offer to remove that "unsightly old blemish" for them? I wonder if it still operates? Be fun to put it back into service somehow.

    I hate it when old stuff that's junk is left behind. The mark of slobs.

    I would bet it still works .. The controls were built to last back then .. I assume it controlled the coil fired damper by an thermostat. what was the knob setting ?
