    No, just a guy who has spent about 20 years total doing boiler replacements for a institutional client, 300 odd properties. Probably 250 of them low pressure steam plants in building built between 1890 and 1937. Mostly 2 pipe Mills express riser systems. Some vacuum systems (usually horribly butchered)

    I wish I did have pictures. Unfortunately, they are all on my former employer' computer network. I was figuring on staying there until I retired. Sad too, because when we got a good contractor, the results were beautiful. Including a boiler room with four of the biggest Smith Mills 6500s they made. Forget how many sections, but they were 428 HP apiece. Together with two 1350 gallon triplex boiler feed units twinned together. The Boiler feed units were a manual changeover arrangement with a dedicated prime pump for each boiler, and manual switches and valves to permit making the third pump a dedicated pump for either boiler.
