Tri Tube prestige Solo E03

I have been asked to figure out an E03 nuisance lockout on a 6 yr old Triangle Tube Prestige Solo. It is the older control board w/ the mcba control.
Natural gas.
It is a commercial application. Area heated is above a parking garage and is fin tube run in the area above to keep the piping from freezing.
Unit will lock out every day or two w/o fail.
Manual says to check gas valve rectifier cable. Looked fine. Replaced... same problem.
Called TT.
TT tech support suggests the gas valve coil may be the issue. Replace That. Do a combustion test, Hi and Low fire All w/in spec.
Gas pressure is ok.. Static 6.23... 5.3 at hi fire.
Short of replacing the board (which seems unlikely the issue) What do I look for?

You can replace the igniter first, but have a feeling you will be back to change the board also. When changing the igniter make sure the insulation is at a angle away from the igniter.

Check the refractory. I had kind of the same problem documented here:

Also, check out your MCBA board to make sure you don't have one with a bad transformer.8.33 lbs./gal. x 60 min./hr. x 20°ΔT = 10,000 BTU's/hour

Monday I'm going to a Trimax Excellence intermittent lockout, did the ignitor and cable about 3 months ago, it's back in. Ugh. Let you know what I find.-1
