Hello, I have the above mentioned relay and it only works if I push in the wiring harness from the RVGP-KS-7BKF damper, wondering if might be loose solder in the harness. Would it not start if there was a problem with the damper Anyone have any input or troubleshooting advice? thanks

    It's probably in the connector, and the boiler will not start unless it gets the signal that the damper is open.

    There have been some problems with the connection for the damper on this relay. I have found pushing the harness in tightly and then placing tape across the harness to hold it in place seems to resolve the problem.

    Tim, have you ever replaced the wiring harness or tried to resolder the connections?
