I have a customer I installed a Biasi B10-3 boiler over a year ago. The issue is every time the power goes out the burner does not start up until someone hits the reset button. Has anyone run into this before I have never seen it. The customer is a snowbird and is very worried about his neighbor having to reset his burner.

I'm not a riello expert, just a normal dude, but getting a new primary control would be my 1st guess.0

That was my thought was primary. Just curious if anyone has had this issue before.

Usually controls with a recycle feature shouldn't lock out, but that is with a black out, and not always a brown out. I would suggest a surge protector also0

I agree. Maybe the first power failure smoked the primary when the power came back on.
If that's the case, it should be addressed as @billtwocase statesThere was an error rendering this rich post.
