Proper way to slope one steam pipe

    No I'm not joking. The main always has to be some height above the waterline. So when space is a problem maybe the steam can slope up and then down? Counter flow then parallel. Or it can slope down (parallel flow) then step up and slope down some more (sawtooth)? Of course liquid always has to slope down. Industrial facilities can need long runs.

    nagc complains about only one place banging. May not be the main.

    I'm guessing sagging piping or valve too small to drain back condensate while steaming.
