Interpreting the new service tag..why no CO2 ?

Why does the tag read O2 and not CO2 (as it has in the past)? I went with a new service tech for the boiler this year (new management at the old place allows 40 minutes for cleaning/servicing and that's not much time for this old boiler).
The new service tech said "the settings were way off" but I don't know what "way off" could mean or how this happened.
The new tag has a measurement for oxygen, not carbon dioxide. Is there a way to tell the CO2 levels?

Combustion analyses equipment only measures CO and O2. It calculates CO2. I have never understood why manufactures harp on a number that no one is actually measuring.

From RI_SteamWorks' chart (below), the new lower 5.9% O2 for 2016 is an improvement over last year's 8.2% O2. The new (2016) CO2 (not measured) would now increase to 11% (roughly) from 10% CO2 in 2015. This might also mean less excess air? Stack temp is up a bit.

The real question that should be asked is, what is the CO and why is it not being recorded?

No, no measure of CO that I can see.

I don't like " -.06, -.01", I think your boiler's heat exchanger is still dirty/plugged, but the next year it looks better if they are negative readings.
Also, I wonder if the tech is using a wet kit. I see hand written where there should be a printout.
    Would explain the no CO

It surely went up when he made the O2 go down. Is it still in spec? I would inquire...

This is an old low speed (1725 RPM) oil burner. I did notice that the tech had an electronic box (no printout). The heat exchanger was cleaned (he let me take a photo with my phone) , and the smoke pipe was removed and vac'd out (last year's 40 minute service did not include this effort) .
