Just commissioned this Vitodens B2HA with a 79g Vitocell. The original Edwards steel boiler lasted 63 years. The first phase of heat emitters will heat the basement with 7 Runtal VLX wall panel rads. Phase 2 will be 2 floors of QuickTrac, in a year. Put in new Caleffi zone valves so the system would be trouble free if Phase 2 gets delayed. Distribution and boiler piping will get neoprene insulation.
