3/8" Pex for panel radiators

How many btu's can I expect with running 3/8" pex to panel radiators I've always went by the formula of
GPM x 20 x 500 I have the GPM for all pipe sizes but 3/8"

    What temp water , how much flow , length to radiator ?

    Uponor CDAM states that 100' of 3/8" tubing flowing 2 gpm of 140*F water will have 23.55' head (54.39 psi) . 100% water .
    That should make your decision easier .

    Don't forget ΔT.

    Panel rads are commonly run with a 30-40°F drop across the pond, and it works just as well over here.
