How many btu's can I expect with running 3/8" pex to panel radiators I've always went by the formula of
GPM x 20 x 500 I have the GPM for all pipe sizes but 3/8"

What temp water , how much flow , length to radiator ?You didn't get what you didn't pay for and it will never be what you thought it would .

Water temp. 140* flow 2 GPM 80' Longest run0

Uponor CDAM states that 100' of 3/8" tubing flowing 2 gpm of 140*F water will have 23.55' head (54.39 psi) . 100% water .
That should make your decision easier .You didn't get what you didn't pay for and it will never be what you thought it would .
