Desuperheater piping vibration isolation ideahs

I have a ClimateMaster 5 ton water to water that I installed a few years ago. The desuperheater lines are plumbed using 1/2" copper. To reduce noise and vibration transfer I used 1/2" FIP faucet connectors. They work great for a year or so until the vibration wears out the rubber seats and they start to leak.

So now I need to replace these and I don't want to use rigid connections. Any ideahs out there?
