how to convert LB/HR to BTUs

in Strictly Steam
I'm changing out an old York-Shipley that has a rating plate stating the CAP. 325 LB/HR
so what size boiler in BTUs would I need?

    Agreed don't size new boiler from old boiler...potentially a HUGE mistake.
