I'm changing out an old York-Shipley that has a rating plate stating the CAP. 325 LB/HR
so what size boiler in BTUs would I need?

Agreed don't size new boiler from old boiler...potentially a HUGE mistake.Hatterasguy said:The boiler should be 310 MBTU.
I'd check the EDR of the radiation, however. Don't want to make the same mistake twice.1
