Many thanks guys for sharing all your knowledge and helping me out on a few problems over the year.I am now involved with a heating consultant and trying to get away from plumbing as where I live I found its impossible to compete as GC's are doing most themselves since everyone works with pex and pvc and skillset has diminished.Anyway thats for a different post.Point is this guy who is a lot older than me says every day is a school day and continue to read and learn.Many thanks guys for your help and I wish you continued success in the field.

    Thanks for the flowers :smiley: Always refreshing to see someone who takes pride in his work and recognizes the incredible value of lifelong learning. I've found that whenever a trade turns into a commodity, it just means it's time to raise the bar. Seems there's no end of opportunity out there if we just pay attention.

    Good luck with the new direction -- I suspect it will be rewarding.
