Many thanks guys for sharing all your knowledge and helping me out on a few problems over the year.I am now involved with a heating consultant and trying to get away from plumbing as where I live I found its impossible to compete as GC's are doing most themselves since everyone works with pex and pvc and skillset has diminished.Anyway thats for a different post.Point is this guy who is a lot older than me says every day is a school day and continue to read and learn.Many thanks guys for your help and I wish you continued success in the field.

Thanks for the flowers Always refreshing to see someone who takes pride in his work and recognizes the incredible value of lifelong learning. I've found that whenever a trade turns into a commodity, it just means it's time to raise the bar. Seems there's no end of opportunity out there if we just pay attention.
