Leaking Cast iron Radiator

I was wondering if some one could offer me some direction regarding a leaking cast iron hydronic radiator I have in one of my customer's home. The model is a antique N.Y.R. ornamented radiator used for hot water. It has 14 sections, approximately 34.5" wide, 38" tall, and has 3 tubes. I have one small leak (suspect a bad push nipple) section in the center of the radiator. Question one, Can it repaired, if so, how ? Can I find a direct replacement some where? Should I replace it with a current style replacement with out having to repipe the lines? I don't have the capacity (E.D.R.) ratings for the old radiator available for resizing. Thanks for your help in advance. Dan
