Problem: minimal heat on small, steam radiator near end of line with a Dole varivent.
Lots of good heat with a Gorton #4 but when morning heat comes on it leaks water from the valve.
I have checked the radiator angle
intake pipe is 3/4 diameter
handle to radiator is in a horizontal position unlike any other radiator in the house.....could this be a problem?

If it leaks
water from the valve, make sure that the valve is fully open, for starters. Where on the valve does it leak? Around the stem or around the bonnet threads? A valve shouldn't leak no matter what vent is on the radiator...Br. Jamie, osb
