Blower motor fault. Not getting up to speed.

Is the filter clean? Is the blower making any restrictive noises? Did the installers check the static pressure of the system on start-up? Might be a poor duct system.

    Are you

Reading the fault at the furnace or Tstat?

    Static

Static via stat. Fault shows at both via recall. Component test shows everything good.

    There are

Fifty steps in Bryants service book for trouble shooting error code 41. Blower failed to reach 250 rpm or failed to communicate in 30 seconds. My guess is you have a "Failure to communicate" as they say in the movie. The service gude says to replace the Modual and motor togeather in all instances not one or the other. looking over the guide the service tech would need at least 3 hours to perform a proper check of that motor and need special equipment.
